What's Cookin?
I love to cook, so just for fun I though I would share some of my recipes.
I have a unique way of cooking, I don't meassure anything I do it all by feel so I don't know if you can use the recipes successfully or not. All I can say is trust yourself and only cook when you are in the mood. For the food to be good you must send love through it to all who will partake of it and treat it like delicious art.
I always use REAL, FRESH, ORGANIC ingredients including BUTTER, BUTTER & more BUTTER, Garlic and herbs, gourmet salt's and pepper's!
NEVER, NEVER, NEVER USE.... HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, CORN SYRUP, CORN SYRUP SOLIDS, MARGERINE (your body thinks these things are plastic).
MSG (can cause brain lesions).
ARTIFICIAL SWEETNER'S (ALL of them are equivalent to pesticide, they kill bugs and animal's, yes even Splenda, your body takes it in a transforms it into bleach, reeking havoc on you cells).
ARTIFICIAL PERSERVATIVE'S (there are so many, and they cause oxidize your body destroying the good along with the bad).
HYDROGENATED OILS (plug your free flowing system causing it to become like sludge).
These thing's are all poison and your body does not recognize them as food and does not know what to do with them, therefore your body cannot process them properly. You should never put these things into your body, they are harmful to your health.
Shop primarily the perimeter of the grocery store. This is usually where all the fresh uncooked items are, this is where the FOOD is.
