For me I tune into the energy that surrounds an individual or a situation.
I feel emotions such as happiness, sadness, anger, passion, relief, anxiety etc... Along with these emotions come visions, sound, smell and taste that may not make any sense to me, but usually it means something to the person I am reading for.
I am used to receiving information and passing it along to those in need of that information.
I have learned to use this gift to translate the information that comes to me into a comprehensible reading that will usually make sense to you either right away or in the future.
The information that comes through me is a message for who I am reading for.
